Do you do post-construction cleaning for custom-home builders and residential GCs?

Yes. Residential builders are a core ICP. Rough cleans, final cleans, and post-punch-list cleans on custom homes, spec builds, ADUs, townhouse rows, small multi-family, and high-end remodels across Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and King County.

What's the difference between rough, final, and post-punch-list clean?

Rough = post-drywall debris haul and dust vacuum to make the site safe for trades. Final = after paint/trim/floor/fixtures — every surface detail-cleaned, stickers removed, polish applied. Post-punch-list = touch-up after trades fix the punch list so impacted rooms show turnkey again.

Can you remove window stickers, paint overspray, and protective film without damaging finishes?

Yes — it's a standard line item. Razor blades on glass only. Plastic scrapers on finished surfaces. Finish-safe solvents (Goo Gone Pro, denatured alcohol, mineral spirits) chosen per finish type. Hardwood, painted millwork, quartz, marble, stainless, powder-coated metal — known protocol per surface.

How fast can you turn a final clean?

Pre-scheduled builds get hit on your turnover date. Surprise calls (walkthrough moved up) — typically 24-48 hours for a single home. Multi-unit projects need 3-5 days lead time. Night and weekend work available.

Do you handle townhomes, fourplexes, and small multi-family?

Yes. Townhome rows, fourplexes, condo conversions, ADU clusters, small apartment buildings (under 50 units) are our sweet spot. Per-unit pricing plus common-area scope. Over 50 units we'll still quote, but boutique builders are where we shine.

Are you bonded and insured? Can you name our GC on the COI?

Yes. Fully bonded and insured. COIs naming your GC entity, builder LLC, or developer issued at no charge. Adjustable limits to meet construction-loan or owner-builder requirements.

Do you bring your own HEPA, equipment, and chemicals?

Yes. HEPA vacuums, microfiber kits, lift equipment, finish-safe chemicals, all consumables. We only need water and electrical on site.
